Kerala is a land of percussions. The rhythm festival organised by Vyloppilly Samskrithi Bhavan is the culmination of the rhythm that every Keralite keeps in his heart. This festival which was organised for the first time in 2010, includes live performances of instrumental music. Seminars on subjects related to instrumental music, awareness sessions for the public etc. are also conducted. Five eminent musicians are felicitated as a part of this festival every year.
